The way of the house
What we choose
Addresses we have visited ourselves, whose file — title deed, land register entry — is complete, and which we could defend before a notary without a moment's hesitation.
What we turn down
Listings by the dozen, prices inflated to flatter a seller, adverts without a file behind them. When a property does not convince us, we say so — and we do not publish it.
How we work
With notaries and banks we know: the mortgage is prepared early, the formalities move forward while you view, and the sale agreement arrives without surprises.
